On the rare occasion that your item arrives defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at georgiahbgart@gmail.com with photos and your order number so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Refunds
Due to the nature of the business, all prints are made to order which means we cannot accept returns. Please do review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. As all prints from Georgia Herbig Art are made to order, the right of withdrawal does not apply to these purchases.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are waiving your right of withdrawal for made-to-order items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at georgiahbgart@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt with photos and your order number, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
